16 Transfer of interests in real property outlined in section 1 (a), (b), (c), (d) and (f) of the Real Property Regulations 2015 2% of the real property value or fair market value, as determined by the Registrar, whichever is the greater. This fee shall be paid by the transferor.

The real property value or fair market value may be determined by an independent valuation at the request of the Registrar and at the expense of the transferor.

This fee shall not be payable if a reservation agreement relating to the same interest in real property was registered by the same party previously with the Registrar and the appropriate fees were paid. After the interest in real property has been registered, the applicable fees will apply to any subsequent assignments or transfers to other party(s) of the interest in real property.
16(A) Transfer of interests in real property outlined in section 1 (a), (b), (c), (d) and (f) of the Real Property Regulations 2015 provided that there is a grant between the ascendants, descendants, spouses, relatives up to the second degree of kinship, and corporate persons fully owned by them, otherwise a grant shall be treated as selling with concerns to fees 3,000
  Lease  
17 Registration of lease (for a term of 25 years or less) 100 per year per contract

This fee shall be paid by the lessor

This fee shall not be payable if a reservation agreement relating to the same lease was registered by the same party previously with the Registrar and the appropriate fees were paid. After the lease has been registered, the applicable fees will apply to any subsequent assignments or transfers to other party(s) of the lease.
17(A) Registration of lease (for a term of 25 years or less) for government-owned land 300
17(B) Registration of lease (for a term of more than 25 years) 2% of contract value. This fee shall be paid by the lessor.

Contract value may be determined by an independent valuation at the request of the Registrar and the expense of the lessor.

This fee shall not be payable if a reservation agreement relating to the same lease was registered by the same party previously with the Registrar and the appropriate fees were paid. After the lease has been registered, the applicable fees will apply to any subsequent assignments or transfers to other party(s) of the lease
17(C) Registration of lease (for a term of more than 25 years) for government-owned land which is priced at 0.75 fills per sq. f 5% of consideration value

The consideration value may be determined by an independent valuation at the request of the Registrar and at the expense of the lessor.
