1. The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Board") enacted the Employment Regulations 2015 (Compensation Awards and Limits) Rules 2016 annexed to this notice on 28 January 2016 (the "Rules").

2. As directed by the Board, the Rules are hereby published on 11 February 2016.
