1. The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Board") enacted the regulations set out in paragraph 3, annexed to this notice on 4 July 2018 (the "Regulations").

2. The Board has directed the Regulations to be published and accordingly they are hereby published on 10 July 2018.
