    • 17 December — Commercial Regulations (Data Protection Amendment)

      1. On 17 December 2020, the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Board") enacted the regulations set out in paragraph 3 annexed to this notice (the "Regulations")

      2. The Board has directed the Regulations to be published and accordingly they are hereby published on 17 December 2020.

      3. The Regulations are the Data Protection Regulations (Amendment No. 2) 2020.

      1. On 10 December 2020, the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Board") enacted the regulations set out in paragraph 3 annexed to this notice (the "Regulations")

    • 9 November — FSRA Rules (Providing Money Services)

      1. In accordance with Part 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Regulations 2015, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“FSRA”) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market made the rules set out in paragraph 3 and annexed to this notice on 9 November 2020 (the "Rules").
      2. The FSRA hereby publishes the Rules on 9 November 2020.
      3. The Rules are:
      (a) Conduct of Business Rules (COBS_VER09.091120) (see appendix for detailed amendments);
      (b) Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions Rules and Guidance (AML_VER05.091120) (see appendix for detailed amendments);
