      1. In accordance with Part 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Regulations 2015, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("FSRA") of the Abu Dhabi Global Market made the rules set out in paragraph 3 and annexed to this notice on 20 December 2018 (the "Rules").
      2. The FSRA hereby publishes the Rules on 20 December 2018.
      3. The Rules are:
