16 August — Foundations Regulations
1. The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Board") enacted the regulations set out in paragraph 3 and annexed to this notice on 14 August 2017 (the "Regulations").

2. The Board has directed the Regulations to be published and accordingly the Regulations are hereby published on 16 August 2017.

3. The Regulations are:
(a) Foundations Regulations 2017.

5 July — Companies Regulations (Reduction of Capital) Rules 2017
1. The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Board") enacted the rules set out in paragraph 3, annexed to this notice on 26 June 2017 (the "Regulations").

2. The Board has directed the Rules to be published and accordingly they are hereby published on 5 July 2017.

3. The Rules are:
(a) Companies Regulations (Reduction of Capital) Rule 2017.

19 June — Companies Regulations (Register of Auditors) Rules
1. The CEO of the Registration Authority of Abu Dhabi Global Market (the 'Registrar'), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1039 and 1040 of the Companies Regulations 2015, hereby resolves to adopt the proposed amended rules set out in paragraph 3 and annexed annexed to this notice on 19 June 2017 (“the Rules”).

2. The Registrar hereby publishes the Rules on 19 June 2017.

3. The Rules are:
(a) Companies Regulations (Register of Auditors) Rules 2015.

1. The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (the "Board") enacted the regulations and rules set out in paragraph 3 and 4, annexed to this notice on 12 June 2017 (the "Regulations").

2. The Board has directed the Regulations and Rules to be published and accordingly they are hereby published on 19 June 2017.

3. The Regulations are:
(a) Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2017;

(b) Interpretation (Amendment) Regulations 2017; and

(c) Financial Services and Markets (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

4. The Rules are:
(a) FSRA Fees Rules (FEES_VER04.150617) (see appendix appendix for detailed amendments);

(b) Companies Regulations (Model Articles) Rules 2015 (see appendix appendix for detailed amendments); and

2. The FSRA hereby publishes the Rules on 19 June 2017.

3. The Rules are:

1. In accordance with Part 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Regulations 2015, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("FSRA") of the Abu Dhabi Global Market made the rules set out in paragraph 3 and annexed annexed to this notice on 15 May 2017 (the "Rules").

2. The FSRA hereby publishes the Rules on 15 May 2017.

3. The Rules are:
(a) FUNDS Rules (FUNDS_VER02.150517);

(b) GEN Rules (GEN_VER02.150517);

(c) PRU Rules (PRU_VER03.150517); and

(d) GLO (GLO_VER02.150517).
